Work diary | During this business trip, I also took the time to inspect the fish hotpot project for the second-floor street-side shop that we had just completed. This is actually an upgraded store project, a smart and flexible small shop suitable for opening in lower-tier markets, such as third, fourth, and fifth-tier cities or county-level cities. We also controlled the cost to the greatest extent during the design process. We really repositioned from that store (pictures 789) that gave me a headache, found the direction, and finally finalized the design and implemented it. Yesterday, Thursday, we served 80 tables in total, with over 100 square meters of dining area... I can't believe it in such a large environment, but indeed, there was still a queue at 8 pm when we arrived. The boss was going to treat us to a meal, but I said that the customers hadn't eaten yet, so what were we, the staff, going to eat? Let's go out and eat. Although we didn't get to eat, I was really happy for our customers and hope they can develop steadily

工作日志|这次出差,还抽空看了一下我们设计刚落地完成的街边二楼铺位的鱼火锅项目,这其实是一个升级门店升级项目,属于精巧,收放自如的小店,适合开在下沉市场,三四五城市或者县级市,我们在设计的时候也极致的去控制了成本。我们真的是从那个我看了脑壳都疼的一店(789图)重新定位,找方向最终定稿,落地实施完成的。昨天周四,中午翻两轮晚上翻了三轮,一天做了80桌…用餐前厅100多平方…这个大环境下,真的不敢相信但是确实我们过来晚上八点都还在排队。本来老板是要请我们吃一顿的,结果我说客人都没吃上,我们这些自己人吃啥了,出去吃吧,虽然没吃到,但是真心替我们客户开心,希望他们稳稳的发展下去~
