On April 20, 2017, Director Cui Jing of Shanniao Space Design Company was invited by a professor from Shenzhen University to give a speech to her fellow students.

2017年04月20日，山鸟空间设计公司崔静总监应深圳大学教授的邀请，去给自己的学弟妹们演讲。

Director Cui Jing: Do not forget your original intention. Soft persistence is another kind of persistence.

If you can understand early on what kind of life you want, then just keep striving in that direction through your own efforts. However, in the process of growing up, people always encounter some difficulties, and it is possible that these difficulties or obstacles may change your established direction or predetermined path of struggle. At this time, hard work may not be a wise choice, but we cannot give up our original intention because of it. When one path cannot be taken, we can choose another way and then choose another path to achieve our goals in a curved way.

Although I have been persevering all the way, I strongly discourage any method that leads to darkness. When you have been walking on one path for a long time and have not achieved the desired success, it is time to try a different path. It does not mean that you are not persistent, but rather another flexible way of persistence.

总监崔静：勿忘初心，软性坚持，是另外一种执着。

如果你能早早的懂得自己想要的生活是什么样子的，那就通过自己的努力一直朝那个方向奋斗就好了，但人在成长的过程中总是会遇见一些困难，有可能因为这些困难或者阻碍改变了你既定的方向或者制定好的奋斗轨迹，这个时候硬拼也许不是明智的选择，但是更不能因此就放弃初心，当一条路走不通时，我们可以换另一种方式，再选择另一条路去曲线的实现自己的目标。

尽管一路在坚持，但是我是很不鼓励一条路走到黑的方法。当你在一条路走了很久，并没有获得想要的成功，这个时候就需要换一条路试试看，并不代表你不执著，而是执着的另外一种变通方式。
